If you watched the West Ham v Man Utd match last Sunday, you will have seen before your very own eyes how poor this Man Utd side are.
No matter how the final couple of games go for them this season, they will be finishing just above the relegation zone, and if it wasn’t for the fact that the three relegated sides this year are so poor, they could have ended up staring relegation in the face.
Ruben Amorim and his team obviously have their minds on the Europa League final and if they go on to win that trophy, all will be forgiven, but there is no getting away from the fact that this Man Utd side is the worst in living memory.
Chelsea go into this match 24 points higher up the table than the Red Devils, but few pundits will disagree that Chelsea have also failed to impress this season.
There was a point where they looked like an exciting and attacking team, but that has all gone to pot over the past couple of months. Even the flair of Cole Palmer has not been able to see the team perform when it really matters.
Such is the nature of the Chelsea hierarchy, it is rumoured that Enzo Maresca is in danger of losing his job due to the failure of his team to challenge the Premier League leaders, so he will be desperate to get a result in this match to finish the season ahead of Manchester City and Newcastle.
Odds and Predictions
We were hoping that the top football betting sites would make a mistake when pricing up this match, as we just can’t see anything other than a Chelsea victory, but unfortunately, they agree with us.
Chelsea are the favourites at 1.33, Manchester United are a whopping 7.0 and the odds for the draw is 5.5. As usual, we are going for a correct score for the first one of our predictions, a Chelsea win at 3.0 at odds of 10.0 will be worth a small wager and that is where our money will be going.
As we also think that the goals will come in the second half, for the last one of our tips we are recommending a bet in the “Half Time/Full Time” market, “Draw – Chelsea” is the selection and at odds of 4.33, we think that could very well be a good bet.

Comparison and Statistics
Chelsea and Manchester United have faced each other head-to-head 196 times in their history. Chelsea have won 56 of these matches, Manchester United have won 83, with 57 matches ending in a draw.
The last five H2H matches between the two teams have seen Chelsea win one, Manchester United win two and two games have ended in a draw.

Expected Line Ups
The Chelsea side will be strong, as it is in their best interests to get 3 points from this match and Cole Palmer will be aiming to finish the season with a bang.
England fans will no doubt be pleased to see Reece James back from injury. He reminds us of a Rolls-Royce, the way he plays with such style and panache.
It has to be a complete guess as to which Man Utd players are in the starting lineup, but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see many of their top players rested for this game, as the Europa League Final will obviously be Ruben Amorim’s top priority.
Chelsea (4-2-3-1): R. Sánchez; R. James, T. Chalobah, L. Colwill, M. Cucurella; M. Caicedo, E. Fernández; N. Madueke, C. Palmer, P. Neto; T. George.
Manchester United (3-4-3): A. Onana; T. Fredricson, V. Lindelöf, H. Maguire; P. Dorgu, M. Ugarte, C. Eriksen, H. Amass; B. Fernandes, M. Mount, R. Højlund.
How Will the Season Pan Out
We think Chelsea will have to make do with fifth spot in the Premier League and therefore miss out on the Champions League group stages to Manchester City and Newcastle.
As for Manchester Utd, they must be praying (as will Tottenham) that they win the Europa League trophy because otherwise, this really will have been a disastrous season finishing just above the relegation zone.
